We really enjoy creating high quality handmade items and hope you are pleased with your purchase. Before ordering, pay special attention that all of the information you have provided is correct.

 Return Policy

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized or custom sized items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If, within 14 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any non-monogrammed or non-personalized/custom sized purchase for a refund. If your items arrived damaged please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Personalized Merchandise:

  • We guarantee our craftsmanship and that your item will be personalized/custom sized as you ordered it. You are verifying that all information is accurate when you finalize your order.
  • We guarantee the quality of our products.

Non-Personalized Merchandise

  • May receive a complete refund* or exchange for merchandise of equal value within 14 days of the purchase order date.
All returned item must be received within a timely manner, well packaged and in the original unused condition. Any item received in used condition will not be refunded. Your refund will be given after the original item is returned to Little Pigeon.
